She has investigated claims of harassment and discrimination for private employers and has extensive experience investigating and charging criminal matters as a police officer and detective. Her diverse background includes providing companies with HR risk assessments and mitigation planning. Trina has consulted with small, medium, and large size businesses throughout the United States on strategic business planning, process improvement, and executive coaching. Her background includes teaching both bachelor and master level classes at St. Mary’s University. Trina earned a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from St. Mary's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Moorhead State University. |
